SWIRL GURU - FULL TIME

We're looking for full-time, bright, energetic, friendly team leaders to help manage day to day operations at several of our dessert cafes outlets.  Team leader needs to be willing to help us build our business and to be part of the Yoguru family. Leader will help to train and manage staff and will be key in creating a happy, upbeat and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers. Someone with 2-3 years of experience in the F&B industry preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Day to Day operations will include the following:

• Accountable for the smooth running of multiple outlets
• Responsible for staff & sales management, product quality, maintaining excellent customer service standards, staff recruitment and execution of A&P programmes
• Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain the highest standard of service quality
• Create a sound and strong working relationship with all staff and help to develop their maximum potential
• Involve, prepare pre-service meeting/ roll call for staff
• Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements
• Upkeep of the cafe cleanliness and hygiene standard
• To attend all meetings and training programs when required

We plan to expand into more locations in Singapore, so there will be opportunity to become store managers in the future. We will reward you as our business grows. Benefits include salary (depending on experience), + CPF, insurance and bonuses (subject to profits).

SWIRL MAKER - PART TIME

We're on the constant lookout for part-time team members who are bright, energetic and friendly to help with day to day operations of a new dessert cafes in multiple locations.  ALthough experience is helpful, what's move important is you must be willing to help us build our new business and to be part of the Yoguru family. Your main role will be to create a happy, upbeat and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers. Experience in the F&B industry preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Day to Day operations will include the following:

• Taking customer orders
• Assembling the dessert
• Cashier duties
• Managing the inventory of ingredients
• Preparing desserts which include washing/cutting fruit, stocking display cases
• Ensuring cafe is at the utmost level of cleanliness by assist with cleaning of shop
• Most importantly...delivering service with a smile and providing a enjoyable experience for our customers

We plan to expand into more locations in Singapore, so there will be opportunity to become store managers in the future. We will reward you as our business grows. Benefits include salary ($5-6.50 per hour depending on experience) and CPF.
